We completely understand life is busy and unpredictable and as such we allow cancellations at any time. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment however, given the demand for appointments, we charge 10% of the booking cost. This however is at our discretion. 

Yes, absolutely. If anything this is our preferred way as it allows maximum flexibility and comfort for you. All our equipment is portable and we can provide exactly the same level of safety and sterility at your home. 

Yes, if at all possible. We operate flexible working hours to ensure maximum flexibility. Please note, there is a £20 surplus charge if an appointment is outside 6am - 9pm however. 

We accept all payment types including cash, contactless, card payments and bank transfer 

Absolutely. The only people who will know you have used our services are you and ourselves. We pride ourselves on providing the highest levels of discretion. We do not post any identifiable details of you, and we only use your pictures or testimonials with your express consent.
